Want to have your own website but not sure where to start? Ready to get your art, photography, writing, product, or service on the web so you can have a larger audience and show or sell your work? In this workshop you will learn how to set up your own website using WordPress, a free, open source software. The workshop will cover: how to choose your site's name, how to download and activate WordPress, and how to set up your website so that it looks and functions the way you want. You will leave with the tools you need to set up a customized website that you can manage yourself.
Basic computer skills are very helpful. Bring a laptop computer if you have one!
