Emergency Circus Kickoff Carnival
Step right up and join the Emergency Circus Kickoff Carnival. On Sunday, May 25th from 4 to 9pm the non profit organization, Emergency Circus, will transform the Old Firehouse (720 Mandeville Street) into an all ages carnival featuring music, games, food, prizes, ponies, and circus acts of inspiration and wonder.
The Emergency Circus, an all volunteer-run division of Patch Adams' Gesundheit Institute, is throwing the Kickoff Carnival to raise funds for the their spring "Tour to the Rescue." The tour will crisscross the country bringing inspirational circus shows with workshops to children's wards, senior centers, homeless shelters, prisons, and more across the country.
The Kickoff Carnival will feature local talent by Cirque du Gras, Cirque D'Licious, the G-String Orchestra, and more, as well as circus artists from across the country including America's Got Talent finalist Special Head, the levitating magician with over 20,000,000 Youtube hits.
Join us for a full evening of the best medicine money can't buy and support the cause. It's an Emergency!
Admission to the carnival is by donation ($5-20). Tickets can be purchased at the door or right here.
