Sensory Training Experience
Rising Tide's Director of Quality Control, Haley Campbell, will lead you through an off-flavors training session. She will walk you through a blind tasting of six of the most common off-flavors. After drinking a lot of spiked macro lager, you'll get to rinse your mouth with a slice of OTTO Pizza and a 10 oz. pour of Rising Tide beer (with no off-flavors included!). The guided tasting will start promptly at 6:15 so please try to arrive on time. Plan for the guided tasting to run about one and a half hours, with time for pizza-eating and good-beer-drinking afterward.
