Welcome to B fit Los Angeles Retreats! Let us take you away from the pandemonium of L.A. life to a place where you can completely focus on yourself and your health. In the same way that B fit Los Angeles takes training to the next level, we have created a retreat that will finally meet your standards!
B fit Los Angeles inaugural retreat will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, at a secluded location within Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards high up in the Santa Monica mountains. We'll take care of all the details!
Your day will start with getting picked up from your doorstep in a blacked-out SUV (optional) at 9am and your neighbors peeking out their windows wondering what you're up to. When you enter the vehicle, what awaits are a Paleta Prickly Pear cold-pressed juice, Paleta Vanilla Bean shake, and HydraBlue water so you can fuel and hydrate your body for the day ahead.
The retreat includes:
* 3 workouts throughout the day
~ Start the morning with a 50-minute Cardio/Core session that will raise your endorphins and get you in the right state of mind for your day of health and fitness
~ After lunch, we'll do 30 minutes of High Intensity Training that will burn a whole lot of calories and remind you why you're doing this in the fresh air of the Santa Monica mountains instead of the smoggy city
~ The last workout is a 60-minute Yoga session to connect your mind with all the good you've done for your body in just one day so you can head home balanced and restored
* delicious & healthy Paleta lunch, cold-pressed juices, & snacks
* refreshing HydraBlue water
* Gaiam yoga mat & plush, workout towel
* and a special surprise before you're on your way back home at 4pm!
All this in a quiet place away from the chaos so you can get reinvigorated and reconnect with yourself!
