Sustainable Seafood Supper Club
Luke's Lobster will host a series of intimate after-hours supper club dinners at their Financial District location with exciting off-the-menu items. Luke Holden from Luke's Lobster, Paul Dobbins from Ocean Approved, as well as other sustainable producers who will be present to engage diners in the sustainable seafood conversation. Sample menu items include: *Oysters with Maine blueberry mignonette and and maple-ginger mignonette *Cured mackerel with rye toast, pastrami rub, mustard, kelp pickles *Lobster pot pie with cheddar-bacon biscuit *Corn custard with maple popcorn and Maine blueberry sauce Wine and Allagash beer will be served. Net proceeds will benefit the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative, which advocates on behalf of the the sustainable Maine lobster industry.
