S&M Comedy Presents...Zoltan & Trenton at Monkey Pants!
$6 Sundays, S&M Comedy's brand new night of inexpensive, independent stand up comedy in the valley continues on April 27! Periodic Sundays at Monkey Pants Bar & Grill, 3223 S Mill Ave, Tempe AZ, will be the new destination for audiences looking for stand up comedy off the beaten two drink minimum path! For $6 Sundays, S&M Comedy will be bringing traveling and local comics to audiences at Monkey Pants for only $6/person or $10/couple! There's no two drink minimum, and it's happy hour all day every Sunday--proving that there's no need to break the bank to enjoy a night of stand up comedy!
This show will be co-headlined by Zoltan Kaszas of San Diego and Trenton Davis from Los Angeles, just off their weekend stint at Laff's in Tucson!
Zoltan Kaszas won the 2010 Rockstar Energy Drink Comedy Throw-Down, a contest that won him all the Rockstar energy drinks he could possibly drink (he drank half of one and said that was plenty). In 2011, Zoltan released his debut comedy CD titled Naked Cartwheels which you can purchase online or from the trunk of his Honda Civic. 2013 was his most successful year to date, he won the San Diego's Funniest Person Contest and won the 34th Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition. In 2014 he won the first ever San Diego Comedy Festival and plans on releasing his new CD titled American Poor (which will also be available online and from the trunk of his ride).
Trenton Davis was raised in a dual parent household in a rural county of Greensboro, NC. He attended a high school that was 97% white and then followed that up with attending a historically black college. His unique experiences have shaped his views and created one of the best comedic minds of our generation. Trenton looks at everyday problems (i.e. war on Iraq, dating, politics) and offers hilarious non-everyday solutions. Trenton Davis has lived in three major comedy cities (Chicago, San Francisco & Los Angeles) and has made his mark on each one. Trenton won the 2013 Sacramento Comedy Festival, 3rd place in the 34th Annual Seattle International Comedy Festival, and 1st Place in the
Raleigh Satellite World Series of Comedy. He currently resides in Hollywood, CA and is a writer on the new Beats by Dre Pill campaign.
