Emerge out of Winter & Blossom into Spring

Find your ground as you begin to emerge from your winter cocoon and sprout into a new beginning. Let yourself be nourished and supported in community as you step blinking into the light.

As we move deeper into spring, spread your creative petals and prepare to share your gifts with the world. Feel yourself expanding into the possibilities, dancing with the elements of this time of year.

How will we do this?
Guided meditation/trance, movement, voice, drawing and journaling will be our primary tools. Poetry, humor and general sacred irreverence will be our compass.

Expect to emerge from this workshop with:

Tools for ongoing personal growth
Feeling more at home with yourself
A sense of ease in your body
A greater appreciation of being supported in community

Francesca Genco, MA is a singer and sound healer, yoga instructor, bodyworker and interdisciplinary arts teacher. She is the founder of Song of the Body, which offers classes, workshops and retreats in embodied voice, sound healing, yoga and creative expression. Her classes and private sessions are based in creating an intimate relationship with the body as we learn to listen and respond to its natural intelligence and resonance. She released her first book, Singing the Body into Being - Healing Yourself and Community through Song, in 2012. Jeff Ennor is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt), Reiki Master and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. His passion as a therapist is to empower clients to enter their own healing processes while supporting them in achieving the changes they desire in their lives.
