Bowling For Babes
Since Bowling for Babes last year we have done a ton of great things. With the money we raised we were able to pay Abe's medical bills and join Krysta in starting Lola's Hope Inc. Lola's Hope is a non-profit working to educate caregivers, health care providers, and new parents on the effects and signs of shaken baby syndrome. We have spoken to a number of groups about shaken baby syndrome, got a support group started at the Waukesha Courthouse, had a booth at the Aurora Safety Fair, and connected with families who are also affected by Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Last Years event was a great success and we are hoping this year can be even better! This year along with raising money for Lola's Hope Inc. we will be helping a local family, the Berry's. Their son Caleb is a victim of Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Details for the event:
Registration: 12pm
Bowling: 12:30-4pm
Raffle: 1-3:30pm
Silent Auction: 4:30-7pm
Live Music: 4 - 7pm
You can register for bowling online at bowlingforbabes.bpt.me, by calling Diana (262-506-8113); djrankin421@gmail.com, or by walking in the day of the event. Bowling space is limited so sign up early. The cost for bowling is $20 which includes 3 games of 9-pin bowling, shoe rental, and one raffle ticket. If you still want to join us, but would not like to bowl, admission is $5 at the door

Ideas for raffle/silent auction donation items: salon services, gift certificates, themed baskets, artwork, other services, anything you would be willing to donate, or interested in bidding on!
Please invite anybody and everybody, as we are hoping this event will be a huge success! Contact any of us if you are able to distribute flyers or do any other type of advertising.
T-shirts ($15) and Lola's Hope bracelets ($4) will be available to purchase at the event. If you would like to order some before, let us know.
Kids are welcome!!!! Bring them to bowl and have a great time, while raising awareness!
