CHICKEN HARVEST CLASS
Join Death For Food contributors Jaime Fritsch and Camas Davis for this course on chicken harvest. Instructors teach each student how to kill their own rooster or hen (provided by a local farm), and then how to butcher it.Tastes of homemade chicken charcuterie and other bird-inspired fare will accompany the event. Students will go home with their butchered chicken and a traditional chicken recipe.
