History of Brewing Symposium with Off Color Brewing
Please join us Friday, 6/28 from 6pm-9pm at the Field Museum for a very special night at the museum with Off Color Brewing. Taunt the man-eating Lions of Tsavo and try to keep Sue from drinking your beer as we sample our new releases - Troublesome and Scurry alongside Field Museum scientists. Because more craft beer things should have lions...and dinosaurs...and scientists. (And we get to hang out in the Field Museum with beer after hours. I mean, really, how cool is that?)
Things are very fragile, though, so please don't break anything. If you're feeling the need to, we're throwing an after party at Local Option starting at 9:30pm and spent the rest of our marketing budget on pinatas.
Crudite and cheese snacks included in the ticket price.
6:00 - 7:00pm: Beer mixer with John Laffler and Dave Bleitner 7:00 - 7:30pm: Field Museum scientific staff lecture on the history of beer 7:30 - 7:45pm John Laffler and Dave Bleitner talk about Off Color Brewing 7:45 - 8:00pm: Q&A session 8:00 - 9:00pm: Enjoy more of Off Color Brewing's beers
