SF Bay cruise aboard the yacht "America"
Golden Gate Arena is proud to partner with Next Level Sailing to offer a sailing experience like none other on San Francisco Bay in 2013, and to cheer on Team USA45 Racing chasing history.
The first ever Red Bull Youth America's Cup will take place on San Francisco Bay between September 1, 2013 and September 4, 2013. Nine teams featuring the most talented young sailors from each of seven different participating countries will do battle over an exciting 4 day period for global bragging rights in this elite competition. USA45 Racing will represent the United States as a whole, and Yacht America guests can cheer on the team along the race course.
Join us aboard the Yacht America - the majestic, 139-foot Schooner that won the first ever America's Cup-style race for the United States in 1851 - for a magnificent 3 hour cruise on the San Francisco Bay. Guests will be "on" the racecourse. A gourmet lunch and full bar are included as well as Americas Cup sailing experts to entertain and inform guests about all the exciting action happening in front of them. And if that wasn't enough, the San Francico City Skyline, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz offer the world's most breathtaking backdrop for this unique and memorable experience.
