No Ketchup
Come celebrate the encased meat that defines 'Chicago Style' as we spend the longest day of summer taking five home brewed beers and dragging 'em through the garden. We're suckers for nostalgia and tube steak pair them with beer and we're all in trouble.
This is an invite-only celebration of mustard, onions, relish, pickles, tomatoes, sport peppers and celery salt. As such, you're a VIP in our eyes and will be treated accordingly; there will be food, there will be beer, there will not be any vinegar-based tomato condiments.
"Thou shalt not put ketchup on a hot dog." It's not up for debate.
