Sara "The Manchester Girl" is determined to escape the conformity of her Leicester working class existence. Being smart enough to know she's pretty she flees Leicester to a dodgey Manchester modeling Agency.
Under the tutelage of rotund modeling maven Doreen, Sara is catapulted into the wild 1980's Tokyo Japan modeling scene.
This Fringe First winning one woman show is a dizzying odyssey through the sex and drug infested world of modeling as Sarah struggles to stay a size 2 or risk deportation.
