TEENS and PARENTS: Communication for Connected Christian Parents and Teens
Coach Denise Carlin, M.S., will help you to:
**Use TOOLS for mindfulness, self-management, negotiation, and communication with others during stressful times
**Learn STRATEGIES to work through disappointments, struggles, and conflicting viewpoints at home/school/work
**Gain UNDERSTANDING of your needs, values, and expectations as a foundation to effectively communicate
**Create a PLAN to break unhealthy cycles and conflicts
**Read and discuss SCRIPTURE that supports learning
**Give and receive SUPPORT and PERSPECTIVE within your parent/teen community
Sundays, 10:45am - 12:15pm, June 30, July 7, and July 14
OR Tuesdays, 7:00pm - 8:30pm, July 2, July 9, and July 16

Fees: $50/person OR $40/person for 3 or more registering from your immediate family
If you miss one of the classes, then you may do a make-up class during another ongoing three-class series.
