The S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) and our conventional systems of farming are inextricably linked and both are making us sick. The U.S.A. has one of the highest incidences of obesity and is the unhealthiest nation in the 'industrialized West'.
VITAL AWARENESS will give a presentation of factory farming and its affect on human health then Farmer Daniel Seedorf will present solutions on how we can farm responsibly and provide strategies on eating healthfully and affordably.
A small lunch of healthy bites will be provided.
