Pork Belly, Pork Rinds and Hot Sauce with Adam Pechal
In this 1 hour workshop 20 attendees will learn how to find, prepare, and cook pork belly. Pork rinds will also be demystified so attendees can make their own fluffy and crunchy skins at home. There will also be a hot sauce tasting.
