This is a haunted tour like NO OTHER! Led by Holly Durkin, a certified ghost hunter, licensed paranormal investigator and history buff, this tour will educate you on the plethora of important historic sites in downtown Lexington, as well as the HAUNTED TALES associated with the locations. The tour will include Civil War sites of interest, places where slaves were auctioned off and housed, the site of the city's first morgue, tombs and cursed cabins, a 1700's cemetery where Revolutionary War Heroes rest in peace (we hope!), and haunted theaters and bar. You will also learn about Lexington's legends Mary Todd Lincoln and Henry Clay, and the spooky stories surrounding them! Since Ms. Durkin is a licensed paranormal investigator, professional paranormal investigation equipment will be available for everyone to use on the tour! You will get to participate in an Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) session, learn about paranormal photography, and use other equipment such as Electromagnetic Field Detectors, as well as specialized equipment that may allow us to hear the voices of paranormal entities directly! So grab a camera and a flashlight, and get ready for a night of historical and spooky fun!
