MHNA is planning a rooftop party at Mill & Main to ring in the summer and pay tribute to longtime neighbor and past president who has shaped so much of Marcy-Holmes,
Arvonne Fraser.
Food and beverages of a summer persuasion will be on hand as you mingle with board members and neighbors.
