Week 4 of the 27th Annual SoHIP Summer concert Series!

What better sound for a festive occasion than the bright noise of shawms and trombones, and what more festive occastion than Christmas? According to SoHIP tradition, I'm sure we'll all be wishing for a reminder of cooler weather come July. With this program we hope to turn the unpleasant summer heat into a reminder of the warmth of family and friends. This program includes music from across the wind band tradition, crossing years and borders to bring us together for a midwinter - or midsummer - celebration of mystery and community.
