Top songwriter Steve Seskin shares the stage with two fresh young songwriting talents, Liz Longley and Julia Sinclair, for an "in the round" evening of heart-tugging music and hilarious stories.
Steve Seskin has written songs for everyone from Peter, Paul, and Mary to Peter Frampton, and Kenny Chesney. His song "Don't' Laugh at Me" has become incorporated into school-wide anti-bullying campaigns and has spurred a tolerance movement.
Part of the proceeds from this show will support the Museum of Children's Art as we move to a beautiful new space in the uptown district of Oakland. MOCHA nurtures young people's creativity, curiosity and educational success.
Come on out and enjoy this heart-warming concert while helping MOCHA develop more opportunities to engage with art in our community!
