Bridge of Aloha
The event opens with a Native American ceremony given by the Nooksack Tribe. It will be a full day of live Hawaiian music and hula performances. Workshops in hula fitness, lei making and Hawaiian culture will be offered. A keiki corner will have Face Painting and a Balloon Maker. Shave ice too! The Ferndale Event Center in Ferndale, Wa, our venue, has space for many merchandise and the food vendors will be outside. Indoor seating is available for meals as well as outside so you will not miss the entertainment and the wonderful strawberry shortcake.
Our headliner is Kawika Kahiapo, a master of slack-key guitar.
Other musicians are: Grooveline Hawaii, Northwest Blend, and Kalei and Friends.
