Lotus Drops launched her Dj career in the bay area in 2008 at the fearless age of 22 years old. Her enthusiasm and determination made her a instant demand within the Underground bass music culture. At the age 15 she went heart first into experimenting with original beats and also gradually creating a hefty library of music ranging from Nine Inch Nails to Bjork.
Over the course of the last 5 years she has been creating huge waves along the West Coast and beyond. Delivering high energy performances and relentlessly bringing a new flavor to the table. Coining the phrase " Goddess Womp", Lotus describes her sound as being over the top tribal and extremely bass heavy. Her mixing capabilities will take you deep into a shamanic journey that will transform your consciousness.
This young and vivacious Producer and Dj has been seen Djing in the Bay Area, Chicago, Hawaii, Colorado and up and down the West Coast of the states. She has had the honor to Dj along side Freq Nasty, DJUNYA, Babylon System, Dirty Deeds, Antiserum, TRUTH, Deru, Grenier plus many more.
Within the last couple years she has pumped out a full length Album entitled "Cosmic Roots" out on Beatport; has produced 6 remixes and has over 10 mixes available for download via SoundCloud. She has been featured on multiple blogs and music based zines. Be sure to keep tabs on this lady, she has what it takes to drop it like its hot.
