Second in the Series:
First Course: Arancini (risotto fritters) with English Peas, Imported Parmesan and a melted Asiago cheese center, served with an herbed wild mushroom sauce
Beer: Bitter End, Pale Ale
Second Course: Organic Baby Spinach Salad with candied bacon, heirloom tomatoes and a poached farm egg
Beer: Ebel Weiss, Hefeweizen
Third Course: Pork Shank braised with "Two Brothers Domaine DuPage" served over a white bean puree and grilled asparagus.
Beer: Domaine DuPage, French Country Ale
Dessert: Spring shortcake, prepared with "Two Brothers Dog Days" Dortmunder lager, topped with Macerated berries, lemon curd & fresh whipped cream.
Beer: Dog Days, Dortmunder Style Lager
