Hosted by local celebrity, Sydney Downunder, The Red Dress Party will be a night of song, dance and entertainment you won't soon forget.
With Burlesque Showcases by Alicia,Dar & Co from Love To Zumba, Incredible Drag Performances by Sydney and Friends and all the way from Phoenix, AZ- Special Guest Star Delorian Chase.
Have a Red Dress Cosmo by Stella and dance the night away with Super DJ Wayne deLaronde.
Prizes for Best Red Dress, Best Couple, Best Drag and Best Mess.
Red Carpet Reception opens at 7pm, Party starts at 8pm.

*The color red, found on the red ribbon worn on the lapel of people around the world, is commonly accepted as the international symbol of HIV/AIDS awareness. The Red Dress Party uses that symbol to build on a party concept popularized with sell out events attended by thousands annually in New York, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Sacramento and Seattle over the last decade to raise awareness and funds to support organizations engaged in HIV/AIDS prevention, education, and care. The required wearing of a red dress by all guests at this event, regardless of age, gender, or sexual orientation, serves as a powerful symbol of solidarity with people living with HIV/AIDS and also reminds us that we are all brought together for one night to support a common cause.
The Bellingham Red Dress Party is designed to become an annual community tradition launching Saturday June 8, 2013 and will attract hundreds of people as diverse as Bellingham itself. This event creates an atmosphere of pure funwith dancing and music, spirits and laughsthat provides a backdrop for the true purpose of The Red Dress Party; a chance for supporters from every walk of life to unite behind one goal to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic. With every single attendee adorned in a signature-colored red dress, the power of our collective statement of positive change will be unmistakable.
