We're moving fast into summer salad season when you can roam the markets and eat light and fresh for dates afterwardsOur chefs are contributing some of their favorite ideas for non-traditional approaches that we think will broaden our horizons and contribute to building our repertoire. Come chop up a storm with us you'll love to be able to whip up these salads throughout the coming summer. $55/person
