Cider Making Workshop
Brian Trout, winner of several gold & silver medals, as well as best of show in the cider and mead categories will be hosting a cider making workshop.
Workshop will include:
The history of popular styles, a tasting from Brian's private stash, as well as a commercial example, a technical talk on cider fermentation, a primer on adding herbs/spices to your cider, and all of the materials you need to make a one gallon batch of your own.
Attendees will walk away with their own cider concoction to be fermented and bottled at home.
