Wine Blending Class
Michael Amigoni, winemaker for Amigoni Urban Winery will teach you about blending wine and give you the tools to blend a Bordeaux style blend. You will taste and blend Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. One of your 3 blends will be submitted to our panel of judges for selection of the best tasting blend and the opportunity to take home your winning blend. Small appetizers will be served.
