First Bite (5:30 PM Seating)
Up-and-coming Chefs Ruby Felix and and Ali Yan take over LITM for an evening of inspired flavors. Tickets are $45 and include 4 courses:
Start: Sweetbreads - pickled cucumber, miso shitake sauce
Yum Salad - mache, peanuts, blood oranges, mango,
chicaron pig ears
Main: Pork belly - plantain hush puppies, snow pea,
white onions, adobo sauce
Sweet: Pudding - silk tofu, coconut cream, syrup,
black sesame tuille
