BURLESQUE 1: INTRODUCTION (June 2013)
Welcome to burlesque! This 3-week series is an inviting introduction to the world of burlesque and is geared toward all levels. You'll learn classic burlesque moves, a bit about burlesque history and its legendary women, and even create your own stage name! This course provides a modern context for burlesque and is the foundation for all other classes we offer. No dance experience necessary. No prerequisite. / $55 advance registration / $20 walk-in / Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm
