Pairing with a Purpose Pairing gourmet cuisine with fine wines, "East LA Meets Napa" is a unique event that celebrates the richness of Mexican food and the success of Latino-owned vineyards in California. Allproceeds from the wine tasting benefit AltaMed Health Services.
For over 40 years AltaMed has been providing quality health care and social services to children, their families and seniors in the Latino and multi-ethnic communities of Southern California. Propelled by the belief that quality health care is a fundamental human need, AltaMed provides access to medical and dental clinics, senior services, youth programs as well as HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention and treatment.
