The Ursula Awards Film Festival 2013
The Ursula Awards is an annual showcase for independent filmmakers and community access television producers hosted by Vallejo Community Access Television, VCAT. It presents an engaging and entertaining mix of filmmaking styles and talents from around the world, while offering an opportunity for local producers to showcase the diverse mix of community access productions.
Striving to promote filmmakers, The Ursula Awards will offer a broad range of categories including short and feature films, documentaries, PSAs, animations, and much more.
