Nourishing Traditions: Weston A. Price Cooking
Cook nutrient-dense food for optimal health using the research from renowned dentist and researcher, Dr. Weston A. Price.
The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), a nonprofit charitable organization, was co-founded by Sally Fallon Morell and nutritionist, Mary G. Enig, PhD, to disseminate Price's profoundly important research. Price found that the people living off the land, eating nutrient-dense, carefully- prepared foods, were in optimal health. Meet the Temecula Valley WAPF chapter leader, Kathy Lynch, as she shares research and recipes for eating the WAPF way. This class will cover how-to's plus some samples and recipes for cooking with sprouted whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds, yogurt, kefir, fermented foods, and bone broths.
