Fall tees off with Ken Ludwig's golfing misadventure The Fox on the Fairway (September 20October 19 [Originally Produced at Signature Theatre, Arlington, VA, October 2010Eric Shaeffer, Artistic Director, Maggie Boland, Managing Director]). Set in a swank golf clubhouse, Ludwig's farce mixes love, lust, and rusty niblicks into a hilarious mix of hijinks on the links. Old scores get settled, new talents get exposed, and simmering passions end up a hole in one in this juicy homage to British farces of the 1940s and 50s. Directed by Schmee Artistic Associate Doug Staley.
