Get a jump on spring by taking care of the garden in fall! We'll cover the maritime northwest climate and microclimates, how to protect your soil for the winter with mulch and cover crops, why this is a good season to plant and which plants are ideal for our area. We'll also discuss key lawn care tasks and tips for winterizing your garden. This class will be outdoors with hands-on activities. Please dress for the weather and messy garden soil.
