"Guilty 'Til Proven Innocent" is the documentary film examining Ohio's 25 year, statewide, breed specific law, and the effect it has on its local communities. Since 1987, Ohio placed restrictions on the ownership of "Pit Bull" dogs, classifying them inherently vicious at birth. The film asks the important question, "Do we have a dangerous dog breed problem, or just dangerous laws targeting dogs..?"
