Join our head chef, Ben Meyer, as he teaches basic skills for Autumn meat cookery. Get detailed tips and techniques for how to prepare several Autumn classics, such as pork crown roast, trussed roast hen, and beef eye of round roast. The class will focus on teaching details allowing you cook restaurant-quality food at home. We will focus on proper handling, seasoning, and which tools are best suited to Autumn dishes. You will work hands-on to prepare all of these dishes together, and finish class by sitting down to enjoy our feast. This course is open to all skill levels. We will provide all tools necessary, as well as the wonderful meal to share.
