Phil Geoffrey Bonds tale of growing up gay amongst the cornfields of southern Indiana, My Queer Youth is a funny and poignant look at what its like to be different. From invading the showtune section of the local public library to asking a boy out on a date, a deep affection for Barbra Streisand to a political and personal awakening, My Queer Youth follows a precocious young mans journey into manhood.
