Keyboard Conversations® with Jeffrey Siegel
Jeffrey Siegel has a long and storied career as a virtuoso pianist who happens to take audiences inside the music during his Keyboard Conversations. Each program has a different theme to it. Sundin Music Hall presents 3 concerts in the 2017-2018 season:
September 26, 2017: THE GENIUS OF CHOPIN Frederic Chopins name is synonymous with the piano hear performances (and how they came to be) of his music in this concert.
March 20, 2018 MUSIC OF THE NIGHT: THE MIRACULOUS AND THE MACABRE - Music from the dark side of Scriabin, Debussy, Mendelssohn and Chopin.
April 24, 2018 THE JOYOUS MUSIC OF BEETHOVEN - The tender, humorous "Teresa Sonata" Op. 78, the "Farewell" Sonata Op. 81a, and the "Rage Over a Lost Penny," show all of Beethoven's emotional and artistic sides.
