Considered the preeminent jazz vocalist in Scandinavia, Sinne Eeg has become known for her spellbinding concerts. Having won Best Vocal Jazz Album of the Year four times at the Danish Music Awards, the rest of the world is now starting to hear her pristine vocals. Influenced by, and calling to mind, legends such as Nancy Wilson, Betty Carter and Sarah Vaughn, her understated tone is countered with boldly expressive phrasing. Having toured across Europe, China, Japan and stateside, Eeg has captivated audiences with her nuanced approach to classic jazz, into which she folds Scandinavian melancholy and dimension.
