The Zen Arts Group is proud to welcome Veronica Rose & Janelle Leonard bringing you songwriting followed by a Sound Bath.

Please bring back jacks, pillows and blankets, and snacks/beverages to share. This event is outdoor in the backyard. Facing the house, walk to the left of the house towards a wood gate through a grass alley: entrance to the backyard. Wheelchair accessible. Bathroom upstairs, please no shoes indoors.
For Sound Bath: Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable on the ground in silence for one hour. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, yoga mats, etc. Wear comfortable clothing and please be hydrated.
Lyricist Veronica Rose is inspired by her journey of accessing states of grace, transmuting the mutant paradign with Song. A Sound Bath is a ceremonial concert designed to provide an environment where energy that is no longer needed can be released, shifting the mind, body and spirit into a deeply relaxed state of Theta brainwave activity. Participants lay in a comfortable position on the ground (savasana), while Janelle plays the crystal and Tibetan bowls and Paiste gongs, accompanied by shamanic vocal toning. Many people have reported noticeable physical changes and often experience deep sleep afterward.
