An invitation to expand our consciousness in the heart of Mt Shasta at the near cusp of the 2017 Fall Equinox. Mt. Shasta is a sacred place that has a grounding and uplifting energy all its own. Where connection to earth, universe and self is easily made and polarities become gracefully balanced. A place that gives us opportunities to shed that which no longer serves us, while showing us accessible paths to spiritual expansion and life's purpose.
Perched on the southern slope of Mt. Shasta at 6400 feet in elevation is the dynamic energy vortex of Ascension Rock, 100 yards above Red Fir Flat group campground. This palpable vortex sits inside the greater Mt. Shasta vortex and serves as a personal doorway into Shasta's multi-dimensional realm. In this revered location in and around the campground we will have group and guided meditations, private meditation and open discussions. To aid in further connection and advancement, there will also be experienced professional practitioners of different modalities onsite providing their services to you throughout the four days. A detailed list of modalities and experiences is arranged below.
As the new moon is on September 19th we will be under nearly dark skies. This allows us the opportunity to gaze upon the mystery of the cosmos and meditate under the shimmering canopy of the Milky Way. You can participate in any sessions or activities that call to you. Or just bask in the magic of Shasta while taking in the energy of Ascension Rock and revel in the company of high vibrational souls. Playing is encouraged as we broaden our Selves, so feel free to bring your respectful playthings such as frisbees, hula hoops, hacky sacks, etc. Instruments can be played after evening meditations and personal sessions are no longer occurring. Feel free to share your unique gifts and let your inner child play!!!
About Red Fir Flat group campground on Mt Shasta. There are several tent sites and 5 dry RV parking spaces available. The short road into the site (100 yards) and the site itself can handle travel trailers and motor homes up to 25 feet in length. There is a vault toilet, scattered picnic tables, cell reception and fire rings to use. If you do plan on having a campfire (assuming there are no fire bans during that time), you will need to bring extra water, a bucket and shovel. There is NO water or power available. The sacred spiritual destination of Panther Meadows is just a few miles up the paved road. Typical weather at this time of the year is best described as Indian Summer. Highs in the upper 60's to lower 70's and lows in the lower 40's to possibly the upper 30's.
This event is open to spiritual explorers 18 or older. Reservable space is limited to 30 people. This is a not for profit cost sharing event. We are asking a $75 minimum donation to recover our lowest possible estimated expenses to bring this retreat to you. Any funds received in excess of our final direct costs will be will be refunded to the donors. The $75 donation is nonrefundable as your space will not be filled if you find you cannot make it. You will need your own transportation, camping gear, meals and water. Carpooling is encouraged. A meditation blanket or yoga mat that can be used outdoors is recommended. Please leave your pets at home. Out of respect for our Selves and this sacred place, the retreat is a smoke free gathering and neither recreational drugs or alcohol are allowed. We are very excited to have you join us as we expand our consciousness together in the presence of the ancient wisdom and ancient beings of Mt. Shasta. We believe this experience will be a unique opportunity to play in our hearts and allow for further spiritual amplification with great potential for new discoveries, developments and direction for all who are called to participate.
The following is a list of modalities available at the retreat. Upon check in at the retreat you will be able to sign up for two sessions. It may be possible to experience more than two if time allows. Below that is a short description of group and guided meditation as well as open resourceful dialogue occurring throughout the retreat.
Intuitive Readings- By: either Diana or Brenden
Intuitive readings are different for everyone and the possibilities for what comes up are limitless. Depending on the practitioner conducting the reading and your current situation in this life, focus can be on anything from releasing blocked energy and trauma, tapping into past lives, working through current or past hardships or helping you activate your highest potential and life work. As the name implies, sessions are led intuitively and each session is unique and highly individualized. Be prepared to ask lots of questions as there is no limit to the possibilities of what can come up.
Reiki/Energy Work- By: either Tara or Tila
Your session may include Reiki. Reiki is the channeling of Source energy which is all around us in a continual never ending flow. This energy has an intelligence all of its own. Through the action of Reiki, this flowing life force energy is focused and channeled directly towards you. Your Higher Self then determines how it will use this energy to remove any negativities/blockages to help heal your bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual). While each session is unique to every individual, practitioners can use their intuition to discover blockages as well ways to clear them. Essential oils or crystal healing may be used as well.
All you have to do is just relax, let go and enjoy the experience that is different for everybody. Many people who experience Reiki and Energy Work report powerful experiences during their session as well as positive and profound changes in their lives afterwards.
Biofield Reverberation Therapy- By: Shannon
Biofield Reverberation Therapy is an over the body drumming technique applied in your biofield. Your biofield consists of your aura (aka: etheric body or biomagnetic sheath), your emotional body, your mental body and your spiritual body.
By listening to the pitch, timbre, volume and vibrational shifts of a reverberating drum the practitioner is able to find and clear imbalances and blockages in your biofield and chakras caused by life's ordeals and traumas. The powerful reverberation of the drum is then used to entrain the stuck energy and send it back to the chakra where it can be absorbed and transmuted into healthier energy. At the same time the drum increases the vibrational frequency and free flow of energy in the same area. Together this helps to add positive energy flow to all of your biofield and bring balance, alignment and connection to your chakras. This intensive therapy is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time.

Group Meditation/Guided Meditation-

We'll use the vortex energy of Shasta and Ascension Rock to go deeper, expand further and connect truer. Morning and evening group meditation at Ascension Rock will be offered. As we will be close to the Autumnal Equinox, sunrise and sunset times will be around 6:45. Morning group meditations could start anywhere from sunrise to 9:00 am and evening group meditations from 5:00 pm on. Guided meditation will occur throughout the weekend. There will be ample time for private meditation and reflection on Ascension Rock as well.
Open Resourceful Dialogue-
We are creating an outdoor space with deep respect to self, others and the mountain upon which we gather. The entire campground will be a safe nonjudgmental space to openly talk and connect with the divine. It will provide an opportunity to ask questions or share your experiences and gifts. Also allowing the freedom to discuss the "unexplainable things" or the mystery of it all, as we let the energy and ancient wisdom of Mt Shasta and Ascension Rock flow through us to expand our Selves. Experienced professional spiritual counselors will be on hand to help facilitate a positive experience for all.
