Intro to Yoga: Beginner's Level Workshop
Join me for an uplifting two-hour 'Beginner's Level Workshop' designed to provide aspiring yogis the foundational tools to confidently journey through ones yogic path. This workshop will break down beginner level asanas (poses) and sequences by the instruction of corrective alignments, hands on assists, and props. Students will also be introduced to the practice of mediation and mindfulness. Through this creative space for people of color to practice yoga and mediation, students will leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and eager to fearlessly continue their personal practice.
Remember that yoga is for EVERY BODY and all levels are welcome!
