Speaking the Unspeakable® ~ The StU Sessions
In this time, we are called to ever higher evolutions of who we are and how we show up to meet the challenges of our time. To do this, we are called to confront the blocks within us the pain, shame, fear, and stories that create self-limiting beliefs and hold us back from what we know we must do for ourselves, each other, our world.
These blocks gain power when suppressed within us. Speaking them in a held container, witnessed with compassion, and given the balm of empathy can have the power to transform.
With so much stirred and strained within our collective, this offering is intended to be balm for our hearts, reprieve for our minds, comfort for our bodies, and fuel for our spirits. This is a space for us to unwind, be witnessed and supported as we continue on in this pivotal moment in time.
What are your unspeakables that you are ready to be held, seen, and heard? What are you ready to let go of and move on from to set yourself free? What curiosities are percolating within you to open deeper understandings of your personal truths? What is burning within you to be expressed?
