Pop Up Beer Brunch
Join us Saturday, August 5th starting at 1030am for our first ever Pop Up Beer Brunch featuring Executive Chef Justin Rexroad! It will be a 4 course brunch with 6 of our beers for $40 per person! The event will be hosted right in our taproom and be followed by a tour of the brewery. Tickets will be limited so buy yours today, cheers!
Menu:
Starter Beer- Only Way IPA
First Course: Shakshuka (Moroccan eggs) with poached quail eggs and naan bread paired with Hop Slinger- India Pale Ale
Second Course: Ratatouille with basil creme fraiche paired with Sour Flower- Dry Hopped Sour Ale
Third Course: Pigs in a blanket (buttermilk pancake with braised pork belly) with fennel & maple gravy paired with Ora- Belgian Tripel
Fourth Course: Halibut Nicoise Sliders paired with Damn Sure- Double IPA
Finishing Beer- 2017 Company- Belgian-Style Quad aged on house toasted Cherry Wood Staves Aged in White Rum
