Building Effective Teams for Social Impact Open House
Bringing about positive change in our workplaces and communities requires being able to work well with others. While most groups focus on the work that has to get done, less attention is often given to developing the relationships that make the achievement of these tasks possible.
Get tips for addressing common challenges that teams face on the path to social impact, like: * Being pulled in multiple directions due to competing priorities or uncertainty about which opportunities to pursue * Spending too much time during meetings on report-outs instead of discussing the most critical issues that need to be resolved * Putting up with colleagues who are difficult to get along with or struggle to follow through on commitments * Mistaking activity for impact because data isn't being collected or used effectively to take corrective actions
Meet other people who share your interests for innovating solutions to social, economic, and environmental challenges.
Find out how you can take your collaborative skills to the next level.
Refreshments will be provided.
