Chef Sylvanna Mislang brings The Roaming Spoon back to the Co-op and creates a vegan menu that is an explosion of colors, tastes and textures on the plate. Heirloom tomatoes, balsamic pearls, shallot vinaigrette and herb salad; deconstructed "stuffed" bell pepper with fresh herbs and garlic foam; roasted grapes and fennel, whipped cheddar and toasted almonds, and tomato and coconut mousse, roasted peaches, sweet quick pickle nectarines.

This is not a cooking class. This is a prix-fixe dinner with a vegan menu, featuring talented local chefs and artisans. A full meal is served, and tax, gratuity and at least one wine or beer pairing are included.

Class has been cancelled due to low enrollment

Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Prior to 48 hours before class: Credit Card Paying Customers can call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to cancel and get a refund or transfer to another class.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
