Farm to Table Dinner and Tour

The Inland Northwest Food Network invites you to join us for our third annual Farm to Table Dinner. This year we are pleased to be partnering with James Beard nominee Chef Adam Hegsted, along with Chef Aaron Fish and Teena Holley and Rugged Roots Farm. Located in Bayview, ID, Rugged Roots is a chemical-free farm that strives to work in partnership with earth's natural processes to balance health, insect and soil fertility.

The dinner will feature farm fresh food using vegetables from the farm, Berkshire pork from Sunny Springs Gardens (Rathdrum, ID), dessert, and wine from the Pend d'Oreille Winery. A vegetarian option is also available. For those who are non-wine drinkers, Cultured Solutions will be serving up some of their amazing home-brewed kombucha with seasonal flavors.

The event will begin with drinks and light appetizers and a tour of the farm with the farmers. Please wear appropriate footwear (heels not advised ladies) and comfortable clothing. Northwest favorite Bill Bozly will provide music for the occasion.
