ADRIAN DAUROV is a versatile cellist, who performs on world-famous concert stages including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Madison Square Garden, and Boardwalk Arena in Atlantic City, ranging from classical solo recitals to playing shows with the likes of Alicia Keys, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Josh Groban, Burt Bacharach, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Sarah Brightman and the Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Ros. Most recently, Adrian has collaborated with the Swedish folk-rock band First Aid Kit, and also toured with the cello rock band Break of Reality.

After studying at the St. Petersburg Conservatory in Russia, Adrian received the Jerome L. Greene Scholarship to study at the Juilliard School with the renowned cello pedagogues Andre Emelianoff and David Soyer, where he completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Since 2007 Adrian was also appointed the principal cellist of the Chamber Orchestra of New York, and a year later formed his own group - the award-winning Voxare Quartet. Adrian's cello playing was heard and broadcast on several radio stations and TV channels like WNYC, WQXR and NTV-America and popular American TV shows such as Regis & Kelly Live, Good Morning America, Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Adrian made his New York solo debut at Merkin Hall at Lincoln Center and performed as a soloist with The Chamber Orchestra of New York at Carnegie Hall. Mr. Daurov is an avid chamber musician and performs as a duo with pianist Spencer Myer. Since 2016, Mr. Daurov is also a member of the United Nations Chamber Music Society, which helps promote the universal values of the United Nations, such as understanding between civilizations, freedom of expression, and equality of rights. This season will see Mr Daurov performing solo with the Kalamazoo Symphony, Bozeman Symphony, Westerville Symphony and Ridgefield Symphony, among other orchestras.

Daurov' s playing is featured on two recent CDs released by the Naxos label, in works by NYC-based composers Mohammed Fairouz and Grigory Smirnov.

Pianist AZA SYDYKOV was born into a musical family in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, a former part of the Soviet Union.

A member of Moscows International Academy of Creative Endeavors, Sydykov has been the recipient of many awards, including First Prize at the Musician of the 21st Century International Piano Competition in Kazakhstan and First Prize and the Grand Prize at the Euterpe International Piano Competition and the Euterpe Chamber Music Competition in Italy. He has also been awarded first prizes in numerous national and international music competitions in his native Kyrgyzstan. He is a fellow of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation, the New Names Foundation, and the Nikolay Petrov International Philanthropic Foundation. In 2012, he received the Honorary Diploma of Kyrgyzstan from Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbaeva.

Sydykov has performed all over the world - in Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Finland, Iran, Ukraine, China, and the United States. He has appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Great Hall of The Moscow Conservatory, the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall, the Palace of Nations in Geneva, and the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. His recordings with the Kyrgyz State Symphony Orchestra of Tchaikovskys First Piano Concerto, Liszt's First Piano Concerto, and Beethoven's Fifth Piano Concerto are a part of the Golden Archive of the Kyrgyz National TV and Radio Broadcasting Corporation. He made his professional debut at the Moscow International House of Music, performing with world-renowned pianist, Andrei Gavrilov and the National Philharmonic of Russia under the baton of Vladimir Simkin.

Sydykov has also served as artistic director of numerous music festivals and concerts. For two years he led the Musical Friendship Necklace International Festival in Saint Petersburg. In 2010, he was artistic director of a concert series in Kyrgyzstan celebrating the 170th anniversary of Tchaikovskys birth.

At age 7 Sydykov began his formal musical education at the Kyrgyzstan National School of Music, where he studied with Svetlana Krivopalova. At age 14, he was admitted to Moscows prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where he studied with Anatoly Ryabov and Nikolai Petrov.

The first President of Kyrgyzstan, Askar Akayev, played a special role in Sydykov's career. For twelve years the young pianist accompanied the President on official visits, performing before many heads of state. Sydykovs mother, Alymkan Sydykova, was for many years Dean of Choral Conducting at Beishenalieva State University of Arts. His father, Djumakadyr Kanimetov, is Artistic Director and Principal Conductor at the Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theater.

Since 2011 Sydykov has lived in the United States, where he has continued musical studies with Pavlina Dokovska at New York Citys Mannes School of Music. Professor Dokovska has described him as a pianist of uncommon sensitivity, technical verve and refinement beyond his years. In 2013 he was awarded the New School Universitys Presidential Scholarship and a Schoenberg Piano Stipend to pursue a Master of Music degree at Mannes.

In 2014, Sydykov was the first Kyrgyz performer ever to appear in solo recital at Carnegie Hall. On this occasion he performed the world premieres of works by several composers from his homeland as well as pieces by Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky. He returned to Carnegie Hall to perform again in 2015 and 2016.

Sydykov has dedicated his artistic life to preserving the musical heritage of Kyrgyzstan by promoting and performing works by Kyrgyz composers. As President of the Kyrgyz American Foundation, he works diligently to build and strengthen cultural ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the United States. He is also the co-founder and Artistic Director of the Eurasia Festival in New York City and the Wilmington Music Festival in North Carolina.

Born in Togliatti, Russia, POLINA NAZAYKINSKAYA has been studying music since the age of four, and composed her first large-scale work at 14. She went on to create music for both chamber and full orchestras, as well as art songs, film music, a musical theater works, an opera, and, most recently, her first symphony, April Song. Polina has received many national and international awards, including the Charles Ives Scholarship from The American Academy of Arts and Letters, and the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans, while her music received laudatory reviews from the press, including the New York Times. Polina's music has been performed by the Russian National Orchestra, the Minnesota Orchestra, the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, the Yale Philharmonia Orchestra, the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Russia, the Omsk Philharmonic Orchestra, the St. Olaf Philharmonia, the US Army Orchestra, the Hermitage Orchestra and chorus. Polina has collaborated with top conductors, including Osmo Vänskä, Teodor Currentzis, Fabio Mastrangelo, and Hannu Lintu.

Polina has received a music education both in Russia and the United States. She graduated from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory College in Moscow, with concentrations in both composition, under Konstantin Batashov, and violin. Polina then continued her studies of composition at the Yale School of Music with Christopher Theofanidis and Ezra Laderman, graduated with honors, and is now working on her Doctorate in Composition at the CUNY Graduate Center with Tania León. Polina is also a Teaching Artist at the New York Philharmonic Composers Bridge Program and an Adjunct Lecturer of Composition at Brooklyn College Conservatory.
