Embodied Nature
How do we cultivate our relationship with nature? How do we slow down to receive its nurturance? How do we show our gratitude?
If you are asking these questions, we invite you to our weekend retreat where we will offer you an introduction to Forest Therapy to share with you what we are learning and to create a space for your unique nature connection to unfold. Once you have experienced Forest Therapy, you can practice in your daily life at home for stress relief and self-care.
Led by Nicole Daspit and Julie Hall, our weekend in nature weaves together guided Forest Therapy walks in the redwoods, yoga and meditation, organic vegetarian cuisine, and creative time in peaceful surroundings.
