All Our Waves Are Water
In collaboration with Pegasus Books, an evening of oceanic storytelling and music at Clif Bar's HQ and movie theater.
Bestselling author and surfer Jaimal Yogis will discuss and sign copies of All Our Waves Are Water, his July-release memoir that Publishers Weekly calls "captivating" and "beautiful." Afterward, there will be a screening of Saltwater Buddha, a new feature documentary based on Yogis's first hit book.
Soundtrack to the evening provided by Berkeley-based band Nine Pound Shadow, playing tunes from their critically-acclaimed new EP.
Five dollars of each ticket benefits Surf For Life, a non-profit that supports community projects in coastal communities throughout the developing world.
